The Targeted Group, a B2B social media solutions provider and Avaya, a global communications system provider, have recently launched a Social Media Blitz campaign to help Avaya's reseller partners leverage social media.
Designed to coincide with the release of Avaya’s IP Office 7.0 system, the program’s goal is to assist their partners in sharing their collective voice with the SMB market through a number of social media resources and tools.
The Targeted Group implemented a number of social media initiatives for the Social Media Blitz program, including the development and launch of The Avaya Social Port™, a proprietary social media management tool. This product allows partners to post social media content to multiple networking environments as well as set up and publish their own corporate blog page. Partners can post their own social media content, or use corporate-approved content from a library accessible within the Social Port itself, allowing for maximum content frequency and reach potential.
Together with a five week social media training series, Avaya partners were armed with multiple tools to expand their reach and increase sales opportunities through social media.
