Mr. Fleming began his career in Direct Selling with The Kirby Vacuum Cleaner Company while attending college. He spent 12 years with The Kirby Company after graduation; selling, operating his own Distributorship and running the companies Professional Management Training Programs. In addition, he worked at Direct Selling Companies, Fuller Brush, Melaleuca, National Motor Club and Dorling Kindersley Family Learning.

Mr. Fleming became the Chairman/CEO and President of Media Arts Group Inc. building the largest art based publishing company in the world around artist Thomas Kinkade. With 5,000 retail locations worldwide and retail sales of $350m, Media Arts became the first art-based company to ever reach the New York Stock Exchange.

Having ran and built eight successful companies Mr. Fleming understands the challenges and opportunities of communications across a diverse organization. With the ever present issues facing growing business’s today he realizes the impact of social media and the inherit challenges for fast growing organizations. With a company’s brand and reputation on the line, everyone needs to understand the importance of approved content control and the serious impact surrounding the company’s messages.
