Patrick Shaw has over 15 years of consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies spanning the financial services, travel, and telecommunications industries. He has led strategy and project engagements with many leading institutions in both North America and Europe. For the past three years Patrick has been the lead Strategy Consultant for one of the world's largest Internet banking groups. Patrick holds a Master of Science Degree from the University of Virginia in Systems Engineering.

Jerry Tylman has 20 years of financial services consulting experience. He has led strategy and project engagements at many leading financial institutions in North America. Prior to founding Greenway Solutions, Jerry was a Founder and CEO of Vicious Systems, a 65 person professional services firm that provided Web Technology and CRM services to Fortune 500 companies. From 1986 - 1998 he was a Vice President at American Management Systems where he managed the firm's Interactive Services Practice.

Theresa was the Chief Information Officer for President George W. Bush. His business travels brought Nick from his beginnings as a product manager for a pioneering online services startup in the early 90s, to Compaq Computers for 8 years in a variety of Marketing, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development roles, and finally to Avaya where he spent 8 years in executive-level Strategic Planning and Marketing positions.
