Our Advisory Board members provide expert guidance and industry insight to help with the ongoing development of our products and services, and assist The Targeted Group in making strategic decisions, supporting corporate and project development, and corporate direction.





Tom Reddin

Tom Reddin

A veteran business strategist, Tom Reddin has built a successful track record of facing business challenges and identifying new market opportunities. He previously served as the CEO of Richard Petty Motorsports and CEO of LendingTree, a unit of IAC/InterActiveCorp. Prior to LendingTree, Mr. Reddin worked for five years at Coca-Cola USA, where he was Vice President, Consumer Marketing, where he was responsible for the Coca-Cola brand along with other responsibilities. Reddin also spent thirteen years with Kraft General Foods in various product management and finance capacities. Reddin currently is the owner of Red Dog Ventures, LLC, is on the boards of Valassis NYSE:VCI, Tanger Factory Outlets NYSE:SKT, Premier Farnell LON:PFL, and the Board of Trustees of Queens University of Charlotte.




Mark Froehlich

Mark A. Froehlich's expertise includes strategic financial leadership, employee selection, personnel leadership and accountability, and other developed skills. He has worked at Thompson Caterpillar where he was promoted to various positions including salesman, Marketing Manager – Industrial Division, Assistant Treasurer, Treasurer, andVice President of Thompson Investments, LLC. In 2001 Mark left to found his own investment and advisory firm, Impact Partners, that specializes in sales training, value management, risk mitigation, marketing, planning, coaching, leadership development, and turnaround management.

Mark has served on the board of directors of many companies including Secureworks, Inc., CapitalSouth Bank, Alabama School of Fine Arts Foundation, & Juvenile Diabetes Research.




Vic Howie

Vic Howie

Vic Howie is currently the Global Wealth Manager at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He also possesses unique expertise in helping boards and executive directors manage fiduciary responsibilities and investments for foundations, not-for-profits, and other financial interests.

Howie is the Founder, Past Chairman and President, and current Board Member of the U.S. National Whitewater Center, the world’s largest artificial whitewater river and official U.S. Olympic training site.  He is also the Founder and an Instructor of the Whitewater Kids Club, which provides kayak instruction with Olympic and National Team slalom athletes for underprivileged and at-risk youth through YMCAs in eight cities around the country.




Daniel Friel

Daniel Friel

Mr. Friel has more than 20 years experience in the financial services sector with a strong focus on business development, strategic investments, alliance management and working with early stage technology companies. Mr. Friel has served as a founder, director, and/or advisor to several companies, including 6fusion, Moneta Corporation, Net Direct Systems , CapitalStream, and InQuira. Mr. Friel founded Bank of America’s Strategic Alliances and Investments group charged with identifying emerging technologies and enabling business unit adoption. As President of Banc of America Technology Investments, Inc. and Banc of America Ecommerce Holdings, Inc., Mr. Friel managed the investment of over $125 million in more than 40 portfolio companies in the payments, payment processing, security and authentication, and billing sectors. Mr. Friel was SVP and Director of Financial and Economic Analysis at Bank of America, and has taught economics at North Carolina State University.
